A clear, practical explainer on Microsoft 365 Copilot licensing, features and what to expect next from Copilot Wave 3 with Andy Hinxman from Keybridge IT and Louis Welcomme from Pump.
Session 2 – Microsoft 365 Copilot Deep Dive and Adoption – 1 hr
Delivered by Fela Sowande, Microsoft 365 Copilot Product Specialist from Westcoast Cloud, with real examples, usage patterns, prompt strategies and workflow improvements.
Session 3 – Governance and Security with Microsoft 365 Copilot – 1 hr
Delivered by Kieron Menezes , Microsoft Agentic + Security Specialist from Westcoast Cloud. This session will cover governance models, safety, tools and permissions.
Session 4 – Brainstorming: RecOps scenarios for Copilot Studio agents – 30 min
A collaborative idea‑generation session focused on identifying real‑world RecOps challenges that can be solved with custom built agents. These ideas will be used to inform our second Workshop on the 18th June : Building RecOps Agents : Microsoft Copilot Studio Explained.
