From Microsoft 365 Copilot to Cowork: The Next Evolution of AI - Recruitment Smarts with UK Recruiter

Tuesday 24 November 2026 – 3pm GMT

Guests: Louis Welcomme, Product Director, and Harvey Breeze, Software Developer, Pump: Microsoft Dynamics 365, an Agentic-AI CRM for Executive Search and specialist talent businesses.

Hosted by Louise Triance, UK Recruiter. Recruitment Smarts.

In March we looked at Microsoft 365 Copilot and the AI recruiters can use today. Since then, Microsoft's direction has moved on: from AI that assists you to AI that works alongside you.

Copilot Cowork takes a request, plans the steps and carries out real work across your apps and systems, within the permissions you already have. Connected to Dynamics 365 and Pump, it can find the right records, take action and keep your database up to date.

Harvey will present Copilot Cowork: what it is, how it differs from Microsoft 365 Copilot and what it can do today. He'll then show it live, supporting a delivery consultant from shortlist to offer. Throughout, Louise and Louis will put it in context for recruitment businesses, with Louise asking the questions recruiters are thinking.

  • From AI assistants to AI coworkers: why Microsoft has shifted towards agents and agentic AI, and what it signals for the future of work.

  • What Copilot Cowork is: how it differs from Microsoft 365 Copilot and where it fits in Microsoft's AI vision.

  • What it does out of the box: communications, meetings, scheduling, research, document creation, enterprise search and multi-step tasks.

  • Going beyond Microsoft 365: how Dynamics 365 Sales, connectors and MCP servers let Cowork find information, take actions and work with other systems.

  • Live demo, the AI-assisted delivery consultant: candidate shortlisting, interview management and offer management, with Cowork coordinating the work.
